Where You can Find Jada this Fall

November 13, 2019

When I started Jada Jo Jewelry, I knew I would be spending a lot of time online. Keeping the online shop updated with the latest designs is obviously important, and I love having social media and the blog to communicate with members of the Jada Jo community. Still, interacting with my community in person fulfills a crucial part of the connection I strive to make a part of my business.

Help me raise money for philanthropy

Fundraising during the last quarter of the year can be difficult for organizations. People begin to do their holiday shopping, and budgets get a little tighter. Truthfully, though, it's a time of the year when charities find themselves needing additional help. I wanted to provide a little extra help this year for some organizations close to my heart.

For Movember, a movement supporting men's health, I'm offering a special opportunity to give back. During the month of November, 50% of every Tiger's Eye Bracelet purchase will be donated to Movember USA.

On November 9, ECO Warrior held a fundraiser, and I contributed to their silent auction. Visit their site to learn more about how the foundation is educating people to help them Live Litter Free.

Jada Jo Magician Necklace

the Magician necklace is only one of the items available at the CASA Luncheon Silent Auction

You can also bid on Jada Jo silent auction items during the Friends of CASA Luncheon on December 11. This organization does so much good for children in Orange County by recruiting, training, and supervising community volunteers to be Court Appointed Special Officers for children in need. If you can't attend the luncheon, consider giving in another way of your choice.

Newport Beach Magazine

a sneak peek of Newport Beach Magazine

See me in print this month

Being featured in a magazine I've read for years feels a little surreal, but I am thrilled to see Jada Jo Jewelry in Newport Beach Magazine. Locals, I'd love it if you picked up a copy when you see it out and about.

Another one of my favorite pieces, the Falcon's Eye Men's Bracelet is a featured item in Morgan Stanley's Gifts for Good, a gift guide filled with products that give back to underserved communities in some way. See the Jada Jo bracelet under Men's Gifts. Don't miss the rest of the gifts in the guide, either. I'll definitely be doing some shopping from their selections.

Come meet me in person during November

Participating in pop up locations gives me the opportunity to showcase some of my favorite pieces and chat with community members. Nothing compares to seeing the look on someone's face when they fall in love with something I created, and I appreciate every chance I get to do that. Come do a little holiday shopping during the Bryck & Mortar Pop Up at Brentwood Town Center. Jada Jo Jewelry will be there from November 1 through November 30.

Do you find in-person events to be a positive experience when dealing with small businesses?
